Hello,

I'm trying to improve my site conversions.

One thing I've noticed is that when I click on the product page link from my Facebook ad, the product images are blurry. Link below:

https://our-ancestories.com/products/idia-of-the-benin-kingdom-childrens-book?Parameter=African%20Pi...

However, when I click on the direct URL, the images appear fine: https://our-ancestories.com/products/idia-of-the-benin-kingdom-childrens-book

Does anyone know why this is happening this way?

You need to upload a new image from your computer while making an image ad on Facebook. Your image can take a few minutes to upload if the file size is big.

Check the following if you're having trouble uploading the image:

  1. The structure: Most file types are allowed, but we suggest using a PNG or JPG file.
  2. The magnitude of stuff: For all images, the maximum file size is 30 MB.
  3. Permissions: To run ads, you must have the required page position.
  4. It's your web browser: Make sure you're using the most up-to-date version.
  5. Your network connection: You need a strong Internet connection to upload files.
  6.  uploaded files: You may have already uploaded the image in your account images

If  uploaded image is blurry, then check

  • The size: It's possible that small image files would appear fuzzy.. Note that PNG files larger than 1 MB may appear blurred.
  • The chosen placement: Your image's required size and aspect ratio will differ depending on the placement. Examine your chosen placement to make sure the picture you're about to upload meets the requirements.

The most common cause of incorrect image rendering is the image's scale. Make sure the picture you upload is big enough for the placement you've selected. The best picture size to upload for most advertisements is 1,200 x 628 pixels, with a minimum width of 600 pixels.
