Facebook ads and website traffic

Hi,

We have recently started an online store selling accessories for men. We are doing the advertisement through our facebook page with paid ads. Lately we have got decent amount of likes for our ad campaigns but according to shopify data we have got 0 visitors to our store. I just wanted to make sure if somebod have had the same issue routing traffic to shopify store? or if there is something what we are doing wrong while posting the ad that it doesnt "connect" to our store somehow? or if you have some tips how to get the people visit the store who have liked the ads? thanks for the help.

I just had look into your store, it is Looking very Nice.
You have only the share option in item view page.
Have you created the Facebook page for your store?actually i unable to find your store Facebook page.
You can create a Facebook page for your store and you can add that into your store. Please refer this link https://www.shopify.com/guides/make-your-first-ecommerce-sale/facebook-ads .

Thanks for your reply. when I am in out store dashboard within shopify and on the left hand side of it there are all the sales chanels listed and once I click facebook and "view facebook page" I am getting the following error: 

"Sorry, this content isn't available at the moment

The link you followed may have expired, or the Page may only be visible to an audience that you aren't in."

Have you an idea where oes this come from?

Hey Raymond how are you running your Facebook campaigns? If you're just running campaigns for engagement you probably won't get any clicks to your store. Facebook is optimizing for engagement. That said it also depends on your ad and your product.

when i tried to connect to facebook, i'm getting following error:
