Hello, I am gonna be trying out facebook ads and I am having some trouble figuring out the demografics. Can anyone please help?

Canada, United Kingdom, United States

Age:

18 - 65+

Language:

English (UK) or English (US)

People Who Match:

Behaviors: Dog owners

And Must Also Match:

Behaviors: Pet products

And Must Also Match:

Interests: Dog grooming

And Must Also Match:

Interests: Hair dryer, Scissors or Brush

I am not sure how good this is. I am going to put on a carousel hair dryer, scissors, and a brush for dog grooming. animaltrends.shop

Google ads are great if you do them right. What have you tried so far?

All I have actually tried is facebook, but I am not sure if I am doing them right. I definitely don't know how to do google ads

Hi Edward,

If this is a new ad account and your Facebook pixel doesn't have any data on it. I'd recommend starting off quite broad and let the algorithm do the work. I'd just leave it as Dog Owners and possibly the behaviour 'engaged shoppers'.

As long as your ad creative talks to the audiences pains then the right people will be attracted to your ad and as result end up on your store.
