Facebook and Pinterest are preventing me from using their platform for advertising. What do I do?

I had a verified Facebook business account that was over 6 months old, which was disabled for no reason, filed a request to review my account and I got an email from them telling me that my account will remain disabled forever, with no chance of re-enabling it. Again, I don't know what I did wrong. I checked their guidelines and I can't see any policies that I violated. I don't have another email address that is verified and old enough to use on a new account but I have made a new Facebook account. I have no idea what to do now.

As for Pinterest, I can keep making new business accounts but as soon as I add my billing information, my payment method (visa card), my account gets suspended instantly. I did receive an email telling me that the issues are likely due to my store's returns policies not being adequate enough for their platform, but I have had it checked thoroughly, no one can find any issues with it. Their guidelines don't specify how returns policies need to be constructed on third-party sites. The other possible issue they mentioned was my Pinterest account isn't old enough to run ads yet.

Does anyone have any idea what I should do? I'm at a roadblock and so frustrated with it. Thinking of quitting completely and shutting down my store.
