Facebook Audience ad keeps failing

Can anyone assist?? I have been trying to create a Facebook Audience building Ad and a Retarget ad and they keep failing. 

I have done all of the tricks on the internet and it just wont go through

Same goes to me. How do i do?

I was able to make audience ads via Shopify email after I went into my Facebook commerce page and played around with the pixel settings. I’m not sure what I did exactly but after I reconnected the pixel it was able to post.
