Facebook blocked the link of my store

Hi everyone!

I started a Shopify store almost 3 months ago and since then I lost motivation to keep going since facebook blocked my URL from being published on feeds etc, on almost everything. Even ads that I invested in got deleted, which made me lose money. All this because of my URL got flagged as spam. It says that it violates community rules. My Store URL is https://www.babybloomboom.store/. I don't see that I violate any community rules.

I've tried reaching out to them several times, almost 10 times during the 3 months period, I still haven't got any answers from them, times goes and the motivation goes further down. I don't really understand why it would take this long to replay or at least give me some sort of information.

Having no control feels really annoying, I put so much time on learning how to dropship, etc, yet I have no control now, I'm stuck. Does anyone know any good solution to this problem?

Hey, @Tinkz!

Lulu here from the Shopify Support team. Thanks for reaching out here, and I'll be more than happy to help you out.

Sorry to hear that Facebook has blocked your URL, I definitely understand this is frustrating and has prevented you from advertising and promoting your store. I have looked into this and I have found this post in Facebook's help center. The Facebook help team have recommended running your website through the Facebook Debugger tool here. She has advised that the tool was built to help to identify any errors that Facebook is reading from your website and help provide information on what needs to be fixed to unblock your link.

Have you been contacting Facebook using the 'report a problem' button? That is usually the best way to get in touch with them to start a support ticket. I'm sure once everything is reviewed, everything else should be back to normal, but we can't interfere with that decision. This is something which is out of Shopify's control and in Facebook's hands but make sure to check out their help centre here as they have some great articles on there of people experiencing the same issues.

Hope you can get your Facebook page running soon! If you need anything else in the meantime, please let me know.

Kind regards,

Lulu

I unblocked my store website!

After no response from Facebook for over a year, I contacted someone from a tech post who said he can help me unblock my website.

After a few hours, my store website domain was fully unblocked.

Try to contact him, I recommend him karlin.john@gmail.com
