FACEBOOK BUSINESS MANAGER ISSUES

Hi everyone, i finished my store and i was ready to unlock it and start ads, but i am having a problem with facebook business manager. I created my business manager profile and my store page on facebook and i have a "Restricted Account" on business manager account so i can't create any ads. I never even posted one before or posted products on my page. Any help? Thanks to all

P.S:(it's a little urgent too because i see that some of my product are running under 3000 items).

we will be really glad to resolve your mentioned issue, here's what you need to do:

1. On your business manager dashboard, you'll find an option to request a review for your restricted account. Try requesting a review from there. If facebook asks a business verification skip it and please follow the second alternative.
2. https://www.facebook.com/support/ , this is a link for your support inbox, go to it and request a review for your account mentioning the business manager ID and account ID. This will definitely draw you to a conclusion in 48 hours.

Hi there, thank you for your reply. Yes i have sent a review to facebook for my account, it has been 3 days now and no answer i don't know what to do.

Hello,

Since it is the time of Covid-19 Facebook is taking more than usual time to review account and it has been 3 month that you reviewed your account to Facebook as there is no positive news coming from Facebook side i would recommend to make a new ad account. If in case there a sort of query form your side feel free to ask
