Help me please!

Why can't I upload url feed to facebook directory? 

I use url

https://mydomains/collections/all.atom

But every time I get errors.

And I don't know how to fix it.
I tried using Facebook Product Feed (by Flexify) but nothing worked.
I wrote in fasebook, but they sent me to shopify.

What is the URL that Flexify is giving you? You should be able to paste past that into Facebook Catalog and upload your feed. When you go to the Apps section in Shopify and click on Flexify, that URL at the top is the one you should be using.
