Hi all,
we currently run four Shopify stores for our different markets, with same products but different prices/currencies. We have the same pixel installed on all four stores and we have one business manager and one ad account. Now we want to enable the FB Conversions API, but as we want the server side data from all different stores I am not exactly sure what would be the best solution technically. If we use the native integration via Facebook channel, this would connect it to only one of our stores, right?
Does anyone else have a similar set up and how have you resolved this?
Hi @Tuuli_M
To implement Facebook's Conversions API (CAPI) across your four Shopify stores, each with the same products but different prices and currencies, while using a single Facebook Pixel and Business Manager, consider the following approach:
1- Install the Facebook Sales Channel on Each Store:
2- Configure Data Sharing Settings:
3- Assign the Same Facebook Pixel to All Stores:
4- Verify Event Tracking:
By following this method, you can enable the Conversions API across multiple Shopify stores using a single Facebook Pixel and Business Manager account. This approach has been discussed in the Shopify Community, where users have successfully implemented similar setups.
If you have other questions, I am willing to answer them more.
Best regards,
Daisy
