We've set up a dynamic product catalogue ad which should only pull products available on Shopify, however they seem to be showing old products no longer on the site so not updating with current stock. And they seem to be showing the same products rather than what a customer has recently been engaging with. Can you point out how to correct this error?
It depends on what is your product catalog source. It sounds like you could be using some prior feed that doesn't dynamically update based on near real-time data, which is unusual. You can go to your Commerce Manager then locate the feed name. The easiest way for most store owners to manage feeds now is with Shopify's Facebook channel. You'll get correct product data that you want pushing through to your dynamic catalog sales ads.
