Facebook Error Message

When I try to set up a Facebook ad I get this error message. "You are required to verify your business account email before using this feature. If you didn't receive a verification email, you can request a new one in Business Settings under Business Info."

When I try to find a tab with Business info or Business Settings nothing comes up.

Hey @Alaska_Creation,

 

You can start the business verification process in Business Manager by going to Security Center. In Security Center, you can see your business verification status. 

Note: Not every business needs to go through business verification, and you may be ineligible to verify your business unless you need to access certain Facebook products and developer features. Learn more about business verification.

Thank you for your advice! The only problem is when I try to select verify it is greyed out and I am not able to select it. 

 

If you could continue to help me that would be much apperciated.

You must already have a Business manager account for managing your Facebook pages, but most probably it might not be a verified business manager.
