Facebook Marketing is no longer working

hi,

I am trying to connect facebook to the shopify account and I see the alert on subject. I have contacted Facebook and they told me that from their side everything is ok. 

Any idea what can be the problem?

Yes I noticed this a few days ago...pixel on shopify is saying to connect but FB is saying its connected????
