I have an issue with my Facebook Pixel since it is not tracking "Purchase" und "Add-to-cart" events at all. I contacted Shopify and Facebook support but they were not much of a help..
For the integration I used the official Facebook integration setup and so far "View Content" and "Page View Events" are tracked properly. The check-out code is not changed. How can it be that it doesn't track it properly?? Any suggestions? Shop link

Facebook can be difficult sometimes, this type of things can happen. To help you we would need to access your Business Manager and set it up right.
