Facebook pixel not working

Hi,

I have create a new ad account on Facebook and thus I have a new Facebook pixel that needs to install to my website: www.heathworks.com

I have follow the steps on Facebook to update my new Facebook pixel on the site, however, it is still showing not active on Facebook. 

Wonder what went wrong and how can I fix it?
