Facebook Pixel: Purchase Event firing Twice + View content Error

Around 2ish days ago my facebook ad manager started acting up reporting double or even quadruple purchases and I don't know why, only today, when I went to my pixel I saw this: https://prnt.sc/ro4y61

 

I have facebook pixel helper and there's an unknown additional facebook pixel on my site that I have no idea how it got there: https://prnt.sc/ro4yp8

Hi Josh, I am pretty sure I solved the issue. It was due to a script I had installed for google analytics in my checkout scripts setting. Pixel seems to be working ok since. Thank You!

Could this have something to do with it? I want no decimals on my store for pricing, but might've run into an issue with facebook because of it? https://prnt.sc/ro56u4

I have the same problem. There's an additional facebook pixel that i don't recognize. How did you end up removing it?

struggling with the same issue - my Purchase events are over-reporting. I've checked event triggers on each page and can't see anything amiss. Can someone help me figure this out???? Please....!!!!!

I don't know how to fix this!!!  How do I know which URL's are the problem?

This is the diagnostic I get from FB Events Manager:

Your pixel is reporting four or more Purchase events across different pages from a single person in one session. This could mean your pixel is incorrectly tracking Purchase events on pages where purchases can't be made, which may impact event tracking and ad optimization and lead to overreporting of events.

How to fix the issue
You'll need to use the solution below to fix the issue.
Once you've fixed the issue in your website code you can mark it as resolved. This will move it to the Previously Detected section. If the issue is found again after 3 days it will move back to the Active section.

Check the website source code of all affected page URLs and make sure they are pages where a purchase can be made. If a purchase can’t be made at a URL make sure to remove to the Purchase event from the code.
If all your affected URLs lead to pages where a purchase can be made, it may mean your website it set up so that a person can make multiple purchases across different URL in one sessions. If this is true, select “Ignore” to close this diagnostic.
