Facebook Pixel (Working fine EXCEPT for the homepage)

This is a bit of an odd one. 

Our Facebook Pixel has been working fine (and still is) for the past year or so. However, I checked today and for some reason the pixel isn't firing at all on the Homepage. It is however firing for all other events (ATC/IC/VC/PUR, etc...). 

Any help on how to tackle this would be highly appreciated.

Can you tell us your store link? It will be very hard for anyone to predict the issue without the store link!

Hi

Your Facebook pixel is not installed on the homepage, you have to insert a Facebook pixel on the homepage also to trigger it!

How to check if the Facebook pixel is installed or not?

Install the Facebook pixel chrome plugin for it.

Suggestion

I saw your ads, you should run carousel ads also! instead of single image ads. You can also use video ads!

Hi Avinash, 

Thanks for your reply. The Facebook Pixel ID is installed on Shopify and is able to track all pages & events (VC/ATC/IC/PUR). However, it is not tracking the homepage. As far as I can remember, it used to track the Homepage as well as "pageview". But the Facebook Pixel Helper is showing no pixel on the Homepage for some reason. (Please see attached). 

If there is a separate pixel to add just for the homepage, can you point out which one?

Please disregard. We just found out that the pixel is running fine and the Theme we are using is the issue.
