Hi everyone.

 

I just created some ads with conversion.

Unfortunally when im in the ad, at “websitegebeurtenissen” (dutch) it says : 

all domains have to be paired to a pixel happening. Your pixel happening is not paird with a domain. Ads without will be paused.

 

 

i think thats why my ads are not showing.. anyone know what the issue might be???

struggling for a week now with this

Dear @Poei 

 

Seems like a pixel connect and setup issue with Shopify. Please setup pixel with Facebook channel.

The Facebook pixel is an analytical tool that measures the effectiveness and accuracy of advertising by analyzing and understanding the actions taken by the people on the website. It'sIt's a little piece of codes that we put on our website so that Facebook can perform certain tasks like

  1. Tracking your campaign (giving records of campaign)
  2. optimization ( Getting right people to get more conversions)

  • It’s gives us two option after creating a pixel 
  1.  Use an integration or tag manager 
  •  In integration, we just simply copy the pixel id and integrate it with our website.
  • Or we can use tag manager   ( Here we add the code to the head part of every page of our website (for technical people only))

Tag manager :- It’s a way just to put code on our website.     

  1. Copy and paste the code
  • In this we need to add pixel id to our website using a plugin i.e. pixel caffeine.
  • There is also a chrome extension fakebook pixel helper  which helps us to check not only in our website but also in our competitor that how many pixels are used in the website.
