Facebook products rejection on ads or shop

Hi everyone 

Just took possession of my brand new super premium theme store.

Yesterday I uploaded my products into commerce in Facebook. 

5 minutes later at least 4 of my products were rejected one if them being a dogs 100% cotton bed. 

Some of the rejected items are ok for dynamic ads and others are ok for the shop only. 

Can anyone help and explain to me what should I do to make this go away before I get a stroke!

I spend money that I needed to start this activity to offer my family a better life and now that I'm about to go and try to fulfill my goal Facebook comes and takes it away.

Thanks for sharing your concern with us here in the Shopify Community and sorry to hear you're having a hard time with Facebook's product policies.

As these are set and applied by Facebook we would not have any control over this from here in Shopify.

What you can do though (if you haven't already) is to reach out to Facebook to see if you can appeal any decision made on your products there.

There's info here on the Facebook Business site on how you can request a review of a rejected item in your product catalog.

Check it out and see if you can put those steps in place to review a given product that has been rejected by Facebook.

Do you know what else you need to work on next for your newly-acquired store?

Dear Don

Thank you very much for the prompt reply

I understand and know that Shopify has nothing to do with this but can you please review my product (Dogs Pets bed) and let me know what could it be wrong? 

I can understand the other rejected products because they are like massagers and exercise equipment but this will give me a start to know why?
