Facebook trolling me

I've recently started my dropshipping store with a friend and so, not more than a week ago, I signed up for Facebook for business in order to advertise there (Im also advertising in Tiktok now). The problem is that when you start, it asks for verification, for my ID and a photo. I submitted these files and now it says the request is uncomplete, therefore I can't advertise because Im restricted "Until I complete my verification request". The real issue is that it gets stuck loading forever when I press "continue request", you can see what I mean in this video that even though it's in spanish, you can literally see what I just said. Thanks in advance, tell me pls what I should do next cuz I have emailed several some facebook support emails (they are not responding).
