Fake Purchase events for Google Analytics

I've tinkering with GA4 for my site, and got my attention that there was some purchase events detected by GA4 but wasn't real ones.

I wanted to replicate the behavior but I couldn't find any information that put me in the right direction.

The weird thing about its that at the same second there are multiple events triggered "purchase" included.

I'm not really sure if its actually a bug  in my shopify store or its something doing in purpose by a user, but I definitely want to know whats going on. So if anyone has any tip or info, hope you let me know.
