Dear Sir/Mam,

We have published our ads through shopify on FB platform. The ads are live on FB but on shopify it is showing Failed, even after re submitting it the status of ad is still Failed. Kindly help with this issue at the earliest.

Glad to hear that you're seeing your ads on Facebook - would you be able to show me where you're seeing the failed message? If you could include a screenshot so I could see that in your admin, it would be super helpful.

Also, how are your ads going? Have you been getting much traffic since you started running them?

Thanks for replying so early. I am sharing the screenshot with you and also FB ads are better then Google ads. We are getting OK results, around 14-15 sessions daily. But we want to be sure about the status of the ads, why shopify showing failed. Kindly find the screenshot and guide us.

Since you are getting sessions from the ad it looks like it is working, I would recommend for you to get in touch with our support team here  so that we can make sure that your set up is alright. The reason that I am directing you to our support is because I am unable to look into your account details from the Community.

Since you're getting new customers in, its time to think about ways to convert that traffic to sales. One thing you could set up while you're running ads is a discount code/automatic discount that will be a way to encourage new customers to go through with the checkout. If you haven't set up discounts before, I have a guide on that for you from our help centre here.
