FB | optimized for conversions > purchases

Hi all,

I am new to shopify and have allot of trouble with facebook ads, I have made allot of ads before just to get traffic but haven't done it in a while. Now when I make ads I barely get any views and the clicks are extremely expensive.

Is anyone able to help me to set up ads that optimized for conversions > purchases  I don't mind paying a few bux for a purchase as long as I get people to buy a product.

If you have some time or you have a good link to a page that can help me set this up properly I would really appriciate it, I make random pixels and ads but nothing is working for me.

Here's my suggestions (with a little bit of self promo thrown in):

It's best to run an initial prospecting campaign with a focus on each product for now. As you build traffic to those pages, your audience will become more and more focused. After about 2 weeks, you can then run a retargeting campaign to get the most qualified prospects back. If that sounds simple, it's because it is 🙂

There are Shopify apps that help with this too. Apps like Pollen (https://apps.shopify.com/poln) do a great job of handling all the heavy lifting with FB ads.
