Fb pixel random purchases

Hi, maybe someone know why my pixel is giving me random pruchases And isnt counting those legit purchases?

Hi @Szchachcic,

there may be more reasons:

• your Pixel isn’t set up correctly and it’s firing more purchase events. To check this, install the Pixel Helper Extension and test the events in the Events Manager.

• not sure with what numbers you’re comparing the purchases (GA, Shopify analytics), but FB uses attribution window 1-day after view and 7-day after click. The attributing causes the differencess in the real number of purchases.
