Feedback:

  1. Hero Section: Consider adding some copy text to your hero section. Currently, it only has a button that obscures the background image, making it less visually engaging.

  2. Page Title: Your page title could be more SEO-friendly by incorporating relevant keywords. For example, instead of just “Smartchoice,” you could use “Smartchoice - The Latest Smarthome Devices” to improve search visibility.

  3. Announcement Bar: There’s a small spelling mistake in the announcement bar—“warrenty” should be corrected to “warranty.” Also, having two announcement bars seems redundant; one should be sufficient.

  4. Post-Hero Section: The copy text after the hero section feels generic. You could use this space to showcase your bestselling product or key collections to capture attention more effectively.

  5. Navigation Menu: Even though you don’t have many products, organizing them into collections in the navigation menu can make browsing easier for customers.

  6. Product Review Section: In the product review section, the "Was this helpful?" text could be dimmed to make the actual review content stand out more.

  7. Homepage Reviews: Consider displaying the review text directly on the homepage to build trust with potential customers.

  8. Customer Support: Adding a customer support app to your site can help answer customer queries more easily. You can try using PlainChat: WhatsApp Support (FREE) or Dondy - WhatsApp Chat Widget (FREE/PAID).

I wanted to share some general feedback for your store and tips on traffic and conversion with you here that you might find useful:
1. Redesign the Homepage
I noticed that your homepage needs a hero image to provide an overview of what your store offers and the value it brings to customers. The hero page is a vital part of an e-commerce store; when visitors see it, they will decide whether to continue browsing or leave your store. Additionally, you should add a CTA button on the hero page like "Shop now" or "Grab the deal today" to encourage them to click and start shopping at your store. Consider adding some copy text to your hero section. Currently, it only has a button that obscures the background image, making it less visually engaging.
 
2. Adding About Us section on the Homepage
We cater to humanistic shoppers, who will seek out who is BEHIND the product, and why they should buy from you. So consider adding an About Us section to introduce your brand.
I can see that you have not had an About Us page yet but adding a separate section on your homepage would help visitors easy to read without having to navigate to another page. It would improve the user experience in general.

3. Social Proof and Urgency:

Implement social proof elements such as showing how many people are currently viewing a product or recently purchased it.
Use low stock alerts or countdown timers to create a sense of urgency.

Hi there @Cliffie the user experience on your site is very good. The font and design of the texts as well as the images used are also very appealing. In addition to that, you can maybe consider adding clips of your products while they are in use as many customers could find that more engaging and convincing.

It’s also great that you have customer reviews on your site, but I think it’ll be extra helpful if you displayed some of the comments along with the star ratings directly on the homepage so customers don’t need to click on the review before seeing the comments.
