Filtering segemt within email marketing conditions

Hello to you all,
I would need to insert the 'segment' filter, previously created in customer settings, within the conditions of sending automated email marketing.

For example:
I would like to send the automatic email to customers who leave the shopping cart, but I would like to send it in the language in which they accessed the ecommerce.

I created different emails, different languages.
I created in the customer tab the various segments by setting the registration languages.

Now when I look for the 'segment' filter within the conditions, it does not find the following filter.

Can someone give me support?!
