GA4 Not showing sales we create for our customers by phone? PLEASE HELP!

Hi

Maybe I am not very clever but I just cannot get my head around this?

Can someone please help me include ALL my sales in a day - not just the ones the customers perform online?

It would also be amazing if I could somehow attribute the sale to the customers journey to the point they made the call as this would then improve how google record our sales stats.

Fingers crossed someone can help and has nobody else had this problem?

So to be clear - My shopify analysis shows all sales but Google GA4 is not recording the sale events created in the back office.

could you please share how did you set up your GA4 in your store.? 

What I'm guessing you most probably did via shopify partner apps which doesn't work properly sometimes.

IF it doesn't work properly I would recommend to setup the GA4 via GTM .

Thank you!  I hat is GTM ?  Is there a guide to this?  Surely apps if recommended by Shopify shoudl work?  Is there any documentation I can check to see what is working?

You can track the online purchase via Tracking code like facebook pixel or google anlaytics.

when someone buy via phone call or WhatsApp you have to create custom events so that whenever someone click the text or button an event will fire in tha GA4.

another way to capture offline conversion is UTM tracking.

I really would love to know how to set up a custom event yes!

which particular events do you want to track? every standard and custom event tracking is possible via Google Tag Manager.
