Getting clicks but not getting even 1 add to cart, is there something wrong with my website??

I’m not sure if this is the right location for this post but I’m running paid ads on tik tok and I’m getting clicks and an above 1% CTR but haven’t even had one add to cart yet. Have I done something wrong on my website?

If you download the TikTok Pixel Helper (Chrome extension) you will be able to see if the TikTok pixel is firing correctly. I just checked your website and it doesn't appear that the pixel has been installed correctly:

Once you get the pixel installed, you should start to see website events such as landing page views and ATCs starting to happen.
