Hi respected community, 

My website is www.christxmasly.com , I am running facebook ads and getting some link clicks but not much sales just got one order of the order value 42$ and spent around 60$ in facebook ads, I really do not know how can I get a lots of sales this christmas.

 

please reply with your best suggestions on getting more sales and succeeding.

Facebook ads are very cheap if you're doing it correctly. Make sure you've targeted the audience correctly to decrease the cost.

First of all, I love your site, especially the festive music on page load!

 

My main observation is that you don't have the Facebook Pixel installed or at least it is not firing correctly on your site. This is critical if you are going to be successful on Facebook and Instagram. Check out this help article on installing the Facebook Pixel. Also implement the Conversions API on Facebook. This means that Facebook will be able to better optimize your campaigns for you based on traffic and conversions on your site.

 

In terms of ads, you've got some great content over on your Instagram page, so use that. If you can, create more video like the ones you are using. But also, there is a formula for successful video. There are some hints here in our blog, but you'll find lots of articles around the web.

 

Get your product catalog into Facebook and Instagram so that people can see your products in those channels and even buy from you directly there. You can also do this in TikTok and Google if you want to extend into those channels.

 

Finally, assume that people won't buy from you the first time the visit your site - current industry conversion rates are around 1.4%. This means that 98.6% of people don't buy the first time they visit a site. So make sure you are remarketing (through email / sms / ads) to people who visited your site. Collect email addresses, cell numbers and ensure the Facebook pixel / TikTok pixel are installed so you can effectively remarket there.

I am trying to connect my facebook page with shopify, I did connect my profile with the facebook and when it was time to connect the facebook and instagram  page they says

I really need someone's personal support to set this thing up,before this when i go to store preference and select setup facebook then it does not open and gets some No link URL available errors.

Hello, I have had a look at your store and here are a couple suggestions on how it could be improved. 
1) There should be sections for best sellers and latest arrivals on the homepage. These would help the customers easily identify certain products that would catch their fancy.

2) You should show customers what others are doing in your store. This would help motivate them to take actions of their own in the store.
