Were you doing Google ads? I'm not sure if its against the rules to advertise if your a drop shipper?

Once Google suspended an ads account then it is almost impossible to
recover that account.

You can try alternatives to the Google ads.

I believe there are some other reasons so Google suspended the account.

Possible reason : You made frequent changes to the marketing campaigns. You
added and removed keywords multiple times in a day. Changed the daily
budget frequently. Added or removed target countries frequently.
