Hi @mexicant

Thank you for reaching out to the community forums for help with your Google Merchant Account. I understand you need some help getting Google to approve your contact information on your store.

In order for Google to approve your contact information it needs to be made available as plain text, not an image, and be easily found by customers. Most merchants opt to include this contact information on their contact us form. You will also need to ensure that you have at 2 of these 3 contact options available:

  • Active email address
  • Phone number
  • Legal business address

Once you have this information added to your store account, if you open your Google sales channel on your store you should see a checklist similar to what I have in my screenshot below:

25-45-95227-81639

Similar to how in my screenshot the line "Remove your online store password" is highlighted blue, the section for "Confirm that you have contact information visible on your website" should be highlighted blue for you. You can click on this link and a popup should then appear asking you to confirm that the information has been added to your store. If you submit yes and the checklist is complete, Google will review your store account once more. The review can take anywhere from 2-7 business days to complete.

I hope this information helps! Feel free to let me know if you have additional questions.

Hi,The ad approval process initiates after you create or edit an ad on AdWords. Once you do this, it will automatically trigger the approval/review process. For example, when you head to your AdWords account and click to edit an existing ad, you'll have to get it reviewed once more when you save it.
