Hi @AmitZ

I took a look at your store and was unable to load your website, so it does appear that there is some kind of issue with the site at the moment. I've included a screenshot below of what I saw:

With that in mind I would definitely roll back any recent changes you made to your theme file and potentially even install a fresh copy of your theme if rolling back the changes you made doesn't resolve the issue.

After first responding I went back to the site to see if there was anything else I could find out about why it wasn't loading and now it appears to be loading fine. I also got an error message when inspecting in google chrome but upon reloading again, the error disappeared from the dev tools dash as well. So it's possible that if there is something malicious in your store theme code that it is intermittent and not something consistent.

The best option in these situations is to install a fresh copy of your theme and reinstall all needed apps to ensure that there is no malicious or broken code in your theme file.

Hi, Thanks for your answer,

What do you mean by install a fresh copy, to press make a copy and then push it to be the production? you think it will help?

Hi @AmitZ

What I mean when I say install a fresh copy is to download a new and most up to date version of your theme and setup the online store design once again through the new theme file, unless you have a backup of your current theme you can roll back to.

It's important to note that Shopify has no control over your theme file code and when you make edits or changes to your theme file the account owner is the one responsible for it. I recognize that the error message you are receiving and the potential for malicious or unwanted code in your theme file is not a great thing to have to deal with, but this is something outside of the control of our standard support.

If you do not wish to install a new theme file you can instead look at hiring a developer to assist you in reviewing the current theme file for anything that needs to be updated/removed. You can hire a certified Shopify expert in our Expert Marketplace.
