Google Adwords/Shopping APP & Digital Media Support APPS

Hello All,

Is there an APP that connects to our google adwords or google shopping campaigns. We currently only have only access to Google Smartads via Shopify.

Second we are looking for Digital media support to assist us with the management of an all in one Marketing program, focusing on retargeting and lead generation.
