I have client's store that has a TON of different categories/collection pages.
How would you write a regex to create a goal for the Collections/Categories pages and exclude the Product pages given URLs like?
Categories: https://brand.com/collections/bestsellers
Product: https://brand.com/collections/bestsellers/products/beuti-skincare-beauty-sleep-elixir
My thinking was to write a regex that was: \/collections\/.* and then exclude /products/ somehow. Is this the best way or should I be thinking about it differently?
I've tired quite a few Regex but haven't been able to exclude /products/.
Can anyone help with this?
funnel goals are not great if you plan to only track that path. Unless you are getting huge traffic taking that path... you are better off just looking at the funnel path in GA and leaving goals for sales and other conversions.
