Google Analytics > Events > Event Category ? Where those parameters come from?

Hi there! I have a somewhat stupid question, but I can't understand where the "Event Category" labels in Google Analytics > Events are coming from?

I am mostly interested in the following event categories: "Card holders", "Keyrings", "All", "Key Organisers". I don't quite understand what this data tells? Does show the number of times people have clicked the navigation in my store to see particular categories of products or what does it show?

Did you ever find an answer for this? All of mine are showing up as 'EnhancedEcommerce' and I can't figure out what this means or how to get something other than EnhancedEcommerce to populate. Thanks
