Google Analytics not working with with E-Commerce tracking

Hi Shopify Community,

i have a problem with our Google Analytics tracking.

When I enter our Google Analytics code under Shopify / Online Store / Preferences in the Google Analytics everything seems to work just fine. But as soon as I click the checkbox for "Use Enhanced Ecommerce" in Shopify. No traffic is been send to Google Analytics anymore. 

E-Commerce Tracking is Enabled in Google Analytics and we are not using GA4.

Any ideas?

How did you install it? Did you use tag manager to set it up, pasted the script in the head of the .liquid file or used the input field that shopify gave you?

We can take a look and help you set it up
