Google Analytics Notification

Hi - Has anybody ever had the following Notification in their Google Analytics account? -

Missing E-commerce Data

View [...] is configured for e-commerce, but no data is flowing.

And then no Conversion data?

Even when 'Enhanced Ecommerce' is ticked in Shopify, and ticked in the GA account, and Shopify Support tell you that all the GA code is firing correctly on your store?
