Does anyone participate in Google Customer Reviews program? Our marketplace is in the US, but we don't see the Customer Reviews card in our Merchant Center. Any ideas why? Google couldn't answer the question 🤷♀️ Thanks for any help!

Before you continue, make sure you want to use it. Google Customer Reviews, biggest negative is that you can not reply to reviews. Which in my opinion is a negative for building trust.
I recommend using something where you can reply to reviews. Here is a list: https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/2375474
However if you do want to use Google Customer Reviews, continue to communicate with Google Merchant Center support to ask to include it.

We want to use Google Customer Reviews, because we think it looks more trustworthy for the buyer and we can start showing those reviews right away, we don't need to collect 50 reviews on the website to start showing them on Google. Also, the idea is to show on the website only reviews collected from the reliable sources like Google, Amazon, Facebook, etc. with the Elfsight widget (see the attached screenshot) so people can trust those reviews more.
• How do you think, is it a good idea or not?
• Is it always like that - you need to contact Google to ask them to include Customer Reviews card in the Growth->Manage programs? Contacted them - they asked me to wait while they are checking why there is no card in place. No response yet.
P.S. I just noticed your Feedarmy website and wanted to ask if you also do audits of existing Google Shopping campaigns?

Do not list any reviews from Amazon, Facebook or any other area where the sales did not originate from your website. This will get you suspended from Google's program.
Only show reviews from sales placed on your website.
The reason you might not see customer reviews in the manage programs section is that you have an old account. Where it is not enabled yet. Normally new accounts have all the new features included.

Can you drop me a link with the Google policy, where they talk about that: "Do not list any reviews from Amazon, Facebook or any other area where the sales did not originate from your website. This will get you suspended from Google's program"? I am reading Google Product Ratings policies, but I can't find where they prohibit showing Amazon reviews on the website. I only can see that it's not allowed to share with them those reviews (in the feed).
Just to clarify, we are not going to send reviews from Amazon or other source to the Google, they will only be shown on our website as a social proof. There will be also shown where those reviews are coming from and there will be the links to the origin source.

Actually, I contacted the Elfsight Support Team last week, however I haven't receive a response yet. The Floating Badge widget we are currently using on our website doesn't float on Desktop as it suppose to. It floats only on Mobile. Did your colleague manage to resolve this? Thanks!
