Google free product listing still pending

Hi. I meet the Google store requirements and such, but my products are still pending and have been for more than four months. I've done everything that Shopify has suggested. 

But now I can't figure out how to get into Google...to add new products or to make sure.

BUT also, I don't dare take anything out of google's list.

AND LAST, how do I contact google to ask about this. 

Again, when those of you who know what you are doing, stop laughing, do advise. Thanks.

this could happen because of a number of reasons, namely:

Your business category is considered prone to spam (e.g. locksmith, Garage Doors businesses) or an issue for public safety (e.g. Drug Rehabilitation centers)
Your business name is suspicious with keyword stuffing (e.g. business name with the category and/or city name)
Your business address is suspicious
Your business type is normally a service area business and you didn’t hide your address or normally operates from a physical location and you hid the address
At the moment you can use Phone Support (“Get a call”), Chat support and Email support to contact Google Support directly. All these options are accessed through Google My Business “Contact Us” form, you have two different ways to access.
