Google Listing Issue

Hi, does anyone know why my website is showing on Google with a (1) at the start of the page name?

Spoken to shopify and they said it's not coming from the tab name or the url handle and I should consult community or SEO blogs. It seems to have happened over the last week. 

Anyone had this issue before?

Ok thanks, are you using any seo app and used same title there? or have you used same text in title of your store?

There are 2 possibilities:

1. Your theme has made it default to put page name at the start
2. You've installed an SEO app to make the title in this format
