Sorry to say, Google has a bot making these decisions. It is crazy. Spent weeks trying to solve and gave up.

Went to Microsoft because Google is wreaking havoc using a bot to make decisions that affects peoples lives.

I am gathering all the crappy emails from that bot and sending it to their CEO.

I have not seen anyone successfully get past Google bot decision-making.

Hi Bestkid Ball,

I took a quick look at the Source Code on your website home page and noticed there's all of Macromedia Flash content. Flash has a lot of security issues and is not SEO friendly. Google and other major search engines will complete block Flash content starting in mid-December and totally by January 21, 2020.

Get rid of Flash. Here's what Google algorithms read and interpret in your Source Code;

function checkIfBlocked(item){if(isBlocked(item)===true||allowLoad==false)return;item.process();}
 function isBlocked(item){if(item.isTimeDelay===true&&timeDelayFired===false){log(item.name+" blocked = TIME DELAY!");return true;}
 if(item.blockedBy instanceof Array){for(var i=0;i<item.blockedBy.length;i++){var block=item.blockedBy[i]

You need thick skin for dealing with the whole process lol

In my experience with ad disapprovals, you will need:

  • Reading between the lines to take an educated guess at what is a policy means.
  • Looking from Googles POV think about what worst case situations they might be trying to protect their searchers from.
  • A technical understanding of websites, ad bots and disapproval policy triggers might be auto-flagging your site.
  • An ability to research similar issues in Google.

Once you got a good idea of what the problem might be:

  1. Try a fix, there could be no fix if  it's a false positive.
  2. Submit an approval.
  3. Wait a couple days to a week for a response from a barely literate outsourced Google support rep that speaks only in scripted email replies.
  4. If it worked, good, if not go back to 1.

Try find someone local (LinkedIn?) who has experience with ecommerce PPC. If you really want to use Fiver, then maybe up your budget and vet them a bit more to get someone with better experience.
