I am trying to set up my google merchant account. I have set up the feed, but my whole account is suspended and the reason is:
Account suspended due to policy violation: landing page not working
When I speak with customer service, they said that the landing page IS working, but there is "a delay in the crawl page" and I need to ask Shopify to resolve this. Can someone assist with telling me what I need to do to fix this?
They also said that another problem is that: Landing Page is not able to provide Correct Response Code to the Crawlers
In order to fix this, I would request you to follow the below mentioned steps and provide the output to your web developer so the error can be rectified:
Open the landing page on any disapproved ad. Once the page loads up, right click on the page and from the menu and select "Inspect". On the partial window at the right panel, select the "network" tab. Once on "network" tab, reload the page. Post the reload, check the "status" tab next to the "name" tab. The value of the status tab should be 200 for all the attributes
Please get this checked by your web developer for the values other than 200 i.e. 302, 304 etc and rectify the error.
Can anyone help with these issues? I really don't know where to start.
Those are not reasons of suspensions.
Reason for a suspension is for example, drop shipping, not providing full contact details, etc...
