Google merchant and print in demand products

I’ve been trying to use google merchant to advertise my store, a POD store but google keeps suspending my account, and reject all my product. Contacting them is even more pointless, let me summarize the exchange i had with them after they suspended my account:

i contacted them telling them i was nee and did not understand why it was suspended for not complying to their policy, they replied: it’s suspended because it doesn’t comply to our policies.

seriously they can’t tell me what exactly doesn't comply, so i have no clue and perhaps i am wasting my time at this point?
i have read how shipping is the issue, because google/shopify and printful/printify won’t work on a solution for google to accept the custom calculated rates

if that is the issue then i suppose there is nothing i can do and can’t use google?

This is an accepted solution.

You can only advertise products that are stocked, POD are not stocked, reference: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/6150127#:~:text=Unavailable%20promotions

If you see others advertising, this means either they have a very high trust factor, or they are not caught yet.

Thank you!
I had a suspicion that it was the issue (but read you might be able to get around that -clearly can't)...google help could have simply stated so but they rather tell me they have policies...I don't know which is worst: google customer support or the DMV....LOL

Hi there! So does that mean that of you're doing POD, you're basically not going to be able to get a google merchant account and won't be able to be a part of google shopping?

If you are selling print on demand only, then yes you can not use Google Shopping. Please read: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/6150127#:~:text=Unavailable%20promotions

If you have some products that are not POD, you can advertise these. However in a lot of cases, if your main business model is POD, you may not get approved.

Also note, some businesses that are POD, can get approved, but Google checks on a case by case basis, or they have not been checked yet.

Regardless, the policy states, only stocked goods can be advertised. POD does not exist yet, thus can not be stocked.

I suggest you educate your Shopify Advisers about this as I was encouraged to use Google Shopping.  When I accidentally came across this information, I emailed Shopify for clarification.  The reply categorically stated: "Print on Demand products are definitely allowed to be sold on Google Shopping."

Do you know if I can advertise POD in Facebook?

How about if part of my products are POD (Laser Engraved Photo, which build by myself not third-party) and part of them are not?  I have GMC and Ads account worked good, but after I transferred my domain from Shopify to other service provider, both GMC and Ads got suspend with reason "Misrepresentation", only few days the site couldn't be accessed due to domain issue.

Do i need to remove all POD products to file the appeal?

Or, does google allow both mixed products on my site but I only Ads for finished goods?

Thank you.

As google states, it is not allowed: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/6150127#:~:text=Unavailable%20promotions

If you have just 1 product, that means you are still violating the policy.

To get approved, it's best to eliminate any reason for google to give you a suspension.
