I am facing Merchant Center Account Suspension - Misrepresentation issue with my store https://mobilecasez.com. My store was working perfectly fine since 2 years and then suddenly got the Misrepresentation issues and then I contacted Google multiple times and they said everything looks good on your store and you can request another review and that made my account into cool period and then I had to delete the account and created another Account.
I removed all unverified reviews and validated all images and descriptions and all looks good to me but still same thing is happening again and again.
This is what I can see on my Google Merchant Center issue section:
Based on the information available about your business, there is reason to believe that customers are being misled on Google. Review the Misrepresentation policy and make changes to your Merchant Center and/or online store.
Make sure your Merchant Center and online store follow the following best practices / guidelines
I did verify all those things and asked Google Support to verify this as well, but no luck. I am not able to pin point the exact reason as all looks good and up to date.
Make sure to add if the product is in or out of stock on the product landing page.
Avoid keyword stuffing in your titles.

Hi Emmanuel,
Yes, Google does not help, that is normal, and anyone who is suspended, gets the same treatment as you do, so you are not alone.
Checking a website is a big task, and I recommend that you check the policies and guides I have shared.
If you have already hired professionals, and you believe they have done a good job, then it might be possible that you can not get approved in it's current state.
You might need to work half a year to a year on your business and grow, before you can get approved, or it is possible you can not get approved. Nobody will know, only Google knows. And they will not tell you.
google does verify the policy violation from multiple angles before suspending an account.
moreover, misrepresentation is a broad topic. it can be because of unacceptable business practices, or even misleading or unavailable promotions.
as such, I went through your website and didn't find any issue like a missing privacy or shipping policy, or even terms and conditions. i will suggest go through all the help articles shared by Emmanuel on this topic. verify each point carefully, and check if there's any mistake on your end. if yes, fix it and you can appeal for the suspension.
if you don't find a mistake (which is unlikely and happens rarely as Google's policy violation detection is quite strong) then you can appeal to Google about the suspension. but do remember, you get a limited number of appeals. thus, be careful about appealing and don't exhaust that limit.
