Hi, there.

This is Dallas from the Shopify Social Care Team.

I just want to clarify that even though you're seeing this inside your Shopify Admin, Google is ultimately the company in charge of the note that you're seeing. I can help based on the information that you've given me, however, I'm not really able to give any more details if needed, as I don't have access to any more further info. All decisions regarding re-activating your Google account will rest in the hands of Google.

With that said, and based on what you've shared, it really seems like you simply need to add in more contact information for your customer to be able to reach you.

If you have a physical store then you could have a physical business address and an email, however, if you're solely operating online then you're going to want to add an email address and a phone number outside of your contact form. If you go to your Store Admin and click on Online Store > Pages > Contact Us (if you have a contact page) then you can add this contact information into the text box.

Now, I completely understand if you're wary to have your customers know your personal phone number and use your personal email. In that case, I suggest you make a free business email using a company like Zoho and I also suggest that you get a business phone number. If you're not interested in getting a separate phone entirely then you're going to want to get a business number to attach to your current phone number. This link here can give you a lot more information on that.

If you add those into your website you can try to set up your Google account again. As I said before, I can't promise that this will resolve the issue, but I think it's a great place for you to start.

I hope that helps,

Hi,

Adding contact details is an important part of getting your merchant center approved. You can create a separate Contact Us page and add details like phone number, address or email ID or any two of these details.

To make things easier for you we have developed an app Easy Google Shopping Feed App by AdNabu for Shopify, which will help you detect such issues even before Google detects and disapproves your products. You can fix those issues and save your products from getting disapproved. There are also other features which are going to reduce a lot of your efforts and time.

Please let me know if you face any issues, your feedback will be appreciated.
