Looking for someone to help to resolve Google Merchant Center account suspension

Account suspended due to violation of feed specification: inaccurate condition

Product data disapproved.

If it's just condition. Make sure to submit new, used or refurbished. Whichever is correct.

Thanks for reaching out to the Shopify Community. I am happy to take a look at your query and offer some guidance on this. 

The Google Merchant Center account may be suspended by Google for a number of reasons. When the account is suspended, Google will need to manually review it once changes have been updated to fix the issue. Most issues can be fixed with some guidance from Shopify. Some are out of our control. I did some research for you and looking at Googles support documentation, you can resolve this by taking the steps as listed on this doc here.


Once you have completed the required changes in line with Google's Policies, you can request a review of your account. The manual reviews take about 3-5 days, and Google will email you directly with the results.


Aside from that, I don't know if you have anything planned for BFCM this year, but now is the time to make some preparations. BFCM is one of the biggest sales weekends of the year and sees the start of the holiday season as well. Every year my go-to is this BFCM Checklist. It allows me to make sure that I am making the best use of my time and resources, and it really helps take the pressure off by starting early. It is well worth the read should you be interested!

Thanks, In my case condition attribute value, was missing on content API, so I have to configure it from Shopify Google channel data, now I think it fixed my issue though Google did not report my review yet.
