Hi All,

 

I have a problem with my website - https://www.radiheat.co.uk/

Iv got the below error I have requested a review a couple of times iv make sure iv made all the correct adjustments and followed guidelines and have had no success.

 

Please can someone look over my website to see what I may be missing also iv read somewhere that this issue with potentially caused by using a free Shopify DAWN theme.

For example there is a different bussiness (breeze vape co ltd) registered at the business address you are using. Google expects, 1 address = 1 business.

 

I'm guessing what you are selling is drop shipped, this comes with a natural disadvantage, as there are so many other merchants selling the same exact product, having the same image, description / content, puts you at a lower quality score. Having original content will help with that.

 

For example missing in or out of stock info on the product landing page.

Ensure Transparency: Provide clear and complete business information, such as: A detailed "About Us" page, "Terms and Conditions" and "Return & Refund" policies and contact information (email, phone number, and physical address).

Build Trust and Reputation: Collect and display customer reviews on the website. Include trust badges or seals of approval.

Improve Website Design and Security:  Use a professional, well-organized design that enhances user experience. I'm not sure if it is related to the Dawn theme you are referring to. You can connect with fellow Shopify merchants to see what they are using and if it’s working for them.

Complete Business Information in the Merchant Center, Including: Accurate business name, Verified phone number and address, Transparent shipping and tax details.                                                                                                                                                                                                     

Align Product Data and SEO: Ensure product titles, descriptions, and prices in your Shopify store match the data in the Merchant Center. Optimize SEO elements such as metadata, alt text for product images, and structured data to improve eligibility for seller ratings.

Review Google’s Misrepresentation Policy: Carefully go through Google’s Misrepresentation Policy to identify specific compliance requirement. 

Conduct Regular Audits:
