Here are examples of issues based on your website:

I recommend adding your business details (address, email, phone, business hours)

Missing in and out of stock on the product landing page.

Make sure to have a description, not just bulletpoints / features.

Don't use @gmail.com instead use an email address that matches your domain name.

As you are located in Kenya, make sure to target kenya using the local language and currency for both the feed and website.

Hey,

Google must’ve sent a mail detailing all the issues they encountered on your website. If they have, ensure that you go through it thoroughly and make all the necessary changes. If Google hasn’t sent a mail, I suggest conducting a product, website and account audit before you submit your account for re-evaluation.

Based on my observations of your store, here are a few changes you can make:

On the landing page of your products:

  • Add product descriptions in paragraphs, not in pointers–make them accurate, catchy, and descriptive.
  • Add the availability of products.
  • Your product landing pages are not optimized for desktop browsers. I suggest you optimize them for better performance.
  • Display the shipping time, return policy, and shipping cost.

On the website:

  • Add information about yourself, your business, customer reviews, where you’re based, etc–this will help Google and your customers know you better.
  • For some of the product categories, the images used seem generic and not original. This might have impacted how Google views your account.
  • Also, your home page category seems to have no products at all.

On your GMC/Google Ads Account:

  • Review all the product data you have uploaded. Ensure all the data is accurate, updated and is not different from what is displayed on your website.
  • Ensure all the URLs for products lead to those particular product’s landing pages.
  • If you are offering any promotions or offers, ensure that they are genuine and correctly advertised.
  • Ensure that the checkout process is secure.

I strongly recommend documenting each step you take and any changes you make and submitting them to Google when submitting a review.

I hope the changes I suggested above will help you fix the error. If you need any further help, feel free to contact me.

@Bhakti_Shah You will only get template replies with basic reasons for suspensions. Google will not detail anything, hence why you need to check the policies and guides to find any potential reason for suspension.
