Hi everyone.
I've had my shop open for a couple of months now.
Been selling quite alright, not complaining since its just the start of everything, everything was going fine until 2 days ago got a email from google.
Tried everything, but still not approved.
Been Approved before for almost 2 months, and now suddenly out of nowhere got this.

Hey, Happy to help @AndreGR
Judging by this email, it looks like they provided you with some actionable steps you can ensure on your store.
The last thing I would also suggest is, is the email you received a legitimate email from Google? Be sure to check the sender and other details of the email to ensure it's not a spam email just in case.
If there is anything else I can help you with, please let me know.

Thats What I did.
My website domain is correct,
No broken Links.
The products remain the same as it was a month ago, just the stock have changed, nothing else
Gotcha, do you also have the Google Channel connected from your Shopify store? If so, are you receiving and messaging or errors from there?
If you are, feel free to leave a screenshot of what you see on your end and we can go from there.

Hi @AndreGR,
It's great to hear that your shop has been doing well in its initial months, but I understand how concerning it can be to receive an email from Google indicating issues with your website. From what you've described, it seems like Google is asking for updates to ensure a useful and transparent shopping experience for customers.
After taking a look at your website, 365fit.pro, one area that stands out is your Terms of Service policy. It appears to contain a significant amount of placeholder text, such as "[INSERT BUSINESS ADDRESS]". This could be a part of the problem Google is highlighting. Placeholder text can give the impression of a website that's not fully developed or professional, which might affect the trustworthiness in the eyes of both Google and your customers.
My recommendation would be to thoroughly review and update your Terms of Service policy. Make sure it accurately reflects your business practices and contains no placeholder text. This step is crucial not only for compliance with Google's requirements but also for providing your customers with clear and trustworthy information about your business and its operations.
Best of luck with updating your website, and I hope this resolves the issue swiftly!
Thank you,
All updated on that bit.
Now came across another issue.
the initial one is now gone from my dashboard..
