Google Reviews with Shopify Buy Buttons

I'd like to integrate Google Customer Reviews (form Google Merchant Centre) into my client's shop. This shop is built using html and the Shopify buy buttons (micromed.org.nz/shop.html). How do I implement the needed code that needed to run after checkout? The app in the Shopify store is only available if you have created a full on store through Shopify.

Not an option unfortunately... would love to just use an app and be done with it but none of them seem to be compatible with the Buy Button.
