Google shopping ad no impression

Hi i tried the google ad's shopping campaign  from the shopify marketing tools. But it shows 0 impression. 


Does google shopping is only shows if our products are approved by the google shopping account? As my most products are showing pending status

Yes, the products/feed must be approved. Right now, those don’t exist anywhere to the public.

@shayOwensby is right, you won't start to see impressions in your campaign until your products are active in Merchant Center.  For a brand new feed this can take a few days or even longer so be patient.


It's also worth looking at those products that aren't approved and seeing what errors you have so you can fix them.

I have seen some store's report inconsistently report on a product being approved/disapproved/pending in Shopify's Google Shopping app. The most reliable way to is review the data yourself firsthand in either a Google Shopping campaign then selecting Product Groups to view products or in Merchant Center.

Hi dipu,

I believe you are talking about Google Shopping app. And as per the screenshot, none of your products are APPROVED that's why you have 0 impressions since ads will only run when your feed will have products in it.
Currently, your product are either in PENDING state or DISAPPROVED, click on the disapproved tab, you’ll get to know the reason why is it so. So resolve all the issues and once your feed gets approved, your ads will run. Generally, it takes 2 to 3 days in feed processing & approval but sometimes this can take a few days or even longer.
So have patience and solve the issues in disapproved products. You can check the issues on the Merchant center as well as on Google Shopping App.

you should try to check your feed settings. It can have some errors. Also don't forget to check your payments/ads disapprovals.
